Product characteristics of the Beier line

  • Large load capacity: Beier gear reducer adopts different friction transmission mechanism including many thin friction discs, has many bending points, low contact surface pressure and large load capacity.
  • Strong overload resistance: since the contact part transmits energy similar to the liquid friction state, the energy is transferred even when an overload occurs, there is no need to worry that the oil film is cut metal contact is broken.
  • Long service life: The friction disc is made of special alloy steel with good abrasion resistance and high durability. The oil film is always maintained between the contact surfaces, so the friction disc is less wear-and-tear and has a long durability.
  • High efficiency: through bending force by friction contact, optimize shape design, achieve high efficiency.
PRODUCT DETAILS

1. Power transmission lines:

  • The power input to the input shaft is transmitted to the bulk of the spline shaft, through the gears, and then evenly distributed over the plural of the cone.
  • The cones are alternated between flanges mounted in the middle, and they are pressed by flat springs and cams with a suitable bending force.
  • Power is transmitted from the cone through the oil film to the flange and then to the output shaft via a flat cam.
  • There are two contact surfaces between the cone and the flange.
  • Automatic pressure adjustment mode: The aircraft cam is carefully designed to generate thrust relative to the load, to create the right pressure contact force on the flange.

2 . Speed change mode:

  • The displacement operation is performed by entering and exiting a group of flanges through a cone. At the same time, in order to ensure correct operation, stable rotation is maintained and the operating wheel mechanism changes the type of the link used.
  • The closer the flange contact point is to the center of the cone, the lower the speed of the output shaft.
  • The closer the flange contact point is to the outer circumference of the cone, the higher the speed of the output shaft.
